Repairs

My Mrs' Jalou has gone on the blink.
It's randomly turning itself off or deleting/rearranging phone numbers in the address book.
I bought it from Additions Direct about 5 months ago and don't fancy returning it for repair.
How can I get it replaced/repaired by SE?

It's the third SE phone she's had in a little over a year and she's now sworn off them.
