packard bell compasseo 800

hey guys im new to dis technology stuff but here goes i got a p/bell compasseo 800 recently it has all the ik ireland europe maps but its not up to date and i woyuld like to customoise it new voices etc cant find anything to do with it on the neet its all tom tom garmin etc any body help also i was told i can put the t/t navigator softwre on to the o/s ? can it be done any help appreciateed.
packard bell forums are a joke 4 months an not one rep[ly to my post aso it support sucks tried to register on line for the extras i was supposed to get with it it doesnt even recognise the part or serial number same with phone support absolute joke
