Hero on orange or t-mob

I'm getting a hero this week and don't know which network would be best.
I want the best all round really as I use a lot a Internet as well as calls and texts.
Which eould be best for 3G coverage an how far does 500 mb of Internet go on orange? Am I likely to go over this ? Cheers all.
