CNM Connection Problems?

CNM Minibook

I'm trying to connect to my wireless connection on my minibook.
I'm getting the following error: Connected Aquire IP address, then it says after a little while the message changes to IP address invalid.

What i'm I doing wrong? I'm using a Wireless router echo life HG520B.
Do I need any additional equipment?
