The 'patent' shows it was issued in Estonia in 2005. Obviously, it didn't yet reach the break-through stage, if nobody ever heard from it. Which makes it very doubtful if it's of more value than any other magic device, apart from working as a placebo if you believe in it.

The answer given there is worth repeating:
"Never heard of it, And the site looks dubious. The content is very vague and doesn't really say what it does. Sounds more like those magnetic wristbands."
With google linking to these negative reviews I doubt of this SEO-thing (post your url whereever you can and hope for the best) will have a positive influence on the business.
